Your mission
We are looking for a QA Engineer to join the growing development team. You will work in an agile team with latest technologies to build modern, scalable and high-quality solutions for our customers. Our team has an end-to-end responsibility for the system, including system design and architecture, writing code with high standards, hosting the services in the Azure cloud, and guaranteeing service reliability and security. There is plenty of space for your own ideas to provide the best user experience.
- Be part of an agile DevOps team with end-to-end responsibility along the complete product lifecycle
- Ensure the quality of our innovative logistics platform
- Test web applications as well as REST APIs
- Evaluate the readiness to ship throughout the software development lifecycle
- Assess user experience and usability of our platform
- Participate in release management activities
- Identify appropriate tooling and frameworks to support testing
- Collaboratively work with the product owner, product manager and software engineers
Your profile
- Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, or a related field
- Experience as a QA engineer, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with software testing and quality assurance of web applications, cloud solutions and REST APIs
- Experience with creating and maintaining test plans and test cases
- Experience with identifying and reporting bugs
- Experience with test automation
- Good understanding of an intuitive user interface
- Good eye for details and commitment to quality
- User-focus and the ability to see things through the eyes of our users
- Self-organization, team collaboration, creativity, agile mindset, positive attitude, and high motivation
- Very good communication skills in English, German is a plus
- Remote work - based in Germany

We are a young, international, very professional team and work from anywhere in Germany. We are actually in constant contact virtually and meet up every 2-3 months at our cool location in Mannheim. Micromanagement is not our thing: we rely on agile methods, self-organization and direct, open communication channels. We also offer the option of "Work from Everywhere in the EU" for up to 60 days a year.
